Approach to Mentorship
My method of mentorship is not really a program, it’s an approach. I feel that a step by step program doesn’t work because everyone is at a different level, has different goals, skills and weaknesses. As a result, I customize my approach for each student, and strive for an honest assessment of their achievements and abilities. I want every mentee to take confidence in their abilities, and to use that confidence to learn more and move forward.
